10. Technical and Organizational Measures Related to Data Processing
The Data Controller ensures and facilitates the exercise of the rights to which the data subject is entitled in relation to data processing, with particular regard to the rights to information and objection.
The Data Controller undertakes to include guarantees in its data protection policy that ensure the protection of the rights of data subjects.

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, initiate its proceedings, or seek effective judicial remedy if they believe that a violation has occurred in connection with the processing of their personal data or the exercise of their rights. In the case of judicial remedy, the data subject may initiate civil proceedings, which fall within the jurisdiction of the regional court.
